Due to the COVID-19 situation, delivery in many countries is either significantly delayed or temporarily suspended with delays ranging up to 4-6 weeks. As a result, we cannot accurately estimate delivery times or guarantee on-time delivery. We strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping when checking out and to encourage this we have lowered the prices of domestic and international tracked shipping. We have also had to temporarily suspend our free untracked shipping tier for international orders.
Before ordering, please ensure that your country is accepting international mail and be prepared to wait longer than normal to receive your items. For more information on impacted countries please see the Australia Post website.
PACKING AND HANDLING TIMES
All orders are packed at our Thornbury location in Melbourne, Australia within 1-3 days of the order being received. It can take up to 3-5 days from the time of purchase for your order to be picked up by Australia Post.
Orders with Express Shipping will be packed and picked up within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Express shipping is only available for customers within Australia.
Transit time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to your door. This time begins once our courier has picked up the package and ends upon successful delivery. Hyper Finch will ship worldwide but the transit time varies from country to country and we therefor cannot estimate accurate transit times.
The following are estimated transit times for countries around the world and based on untracked regular post. Please note that all orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

- New Zealand: 1-3 weeks
- United States: 2-4 weeks
- Canada: 2-5 weeks
- United Kingdom: 2-6 weeks
- Europe: 2-6 weeks
- Asia Pacific: 1-4 weeks
- Japan: 2-4 weeks
- Rest of the world: 3-8 weeks
Once a package leaves Australia or is transferred to another delivery service, we will no longer have control over its journey. If your package appears to be taking longer than normal please get in touch with us at email@example.com. Please note that if your country has selected your package for inspection, this can potentially add 1-4 weeks to the transit time.
During the holidays seasons, you may find transit times for packages to be slower than normal. Please factor in up to 1-4 weeks additional transit time during holiday and peak seasons.
Most of our packaging is made from eco-friendly and recycled goods. Some plastic may be used to protected specific items or provide weatherproofing. We endeavour to use as little plastic as possible.
Our base shipping tier is untracked regular post. This means items are generally posted with a stamp and do not include any tracking information. In the case of a package being delayed or missing, we cannot attempt to locate or track the package and we cannot offer a warranty, refund, replacement or any sort of compensation.
We offer tracked shipping worldwide for all orders. The cost varies depending on your location and is free for all domestic orders over AUD$45 and international orders over AUD$75. Tracking details will be provided via the Sendle service.
Express shipping is available only within Australia. The cost will vary depending on the delivery state or territory. All express orders are handled by Australia Post.
If a package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you, reconfirm your delivery details and resend the package. In some cases you may be required to cover additional delivery costs for resending the package. If we do not hear back from you within a week the order will be cancelled. If less than 30 days have past since we initially shipped the order then you will be eligible for a refund (excluding the shipping costs).
We comply with foreign customs and accurately declare costs of all packages. Requests for us to declare incorrect costs or to mark packages as gifts for the purpose of avoiding customs and taxes, are not permitted and may result in your order being cancelled. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
