The Blue Throated Conure, also known as the Ochre-Marked Parakeet and Red-Eared Conure, is a colourful parrot native to Brazil and is an uncommon conure found in captivity and aviculture. Blue Throated conures have a stunning plumage and are known to be quieter than the average conure. They are playful, energetic and affectionate birds and love goofing around.
Fun Fact: Blue Throated Conures, like most conures are not sexually dysmorphic meaning males and females are identical in appearance.
