Gouldian Finch Wooden Earrings
OUR STORE IS CLOSED UNTIL 17th MARCH 2025. CHECKOUT HAS BEEN DISABLED.
The Gouldian Finch, also known as the Rainbow Finch, is a small finch native to Australia. Unfortunately in recent years it’s population has dramatically decreased, their estimated number is now around 2500 and they are near threatened. While technically not an endangered species, early conservation will be key to the survival of this beautiful bird. This pair features Gouldian finches perched on a wattle branch - One with a black face and one with a red face, both of which are found naturally occurring in the wild.
These earrings are printed on and laser cut from 100% sustainably sourced birch wood. Because wood is a natural product, the grain, colour and texture can vary, making each piece unique.
Earring metals are - Hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel french hooks with spring and ball.
