Pale-headed Rosella Hard Enamel Pin

Pale-headed Rosellas are found only in north-eastern Australia, from Queensland down into northern New South Wales. They live in open woodlands, grassy country, timbered creeks and farmland. They’re close cousins of the Eastern Rosella, but easy to tell apart by their pale cream head and soft pale-blue body.

Fun fact: Pale-headed Rosellas are very creative nesters, moving into anything from tree hollows to old fence posts, and even cavities in the walls of wooden buildings.
