For many of us, the memory of Tim Tams is associated with the Australian ritual of performing a Tim Tam Slam. The act of biting off diagonally opposite corners of a Tim Tam and using it as a straw to drink tea or any other hot beverage. As the hot liquid melts the centre of the Tim Tam and makes the biscuit soggy, you slam the whole Tim Tam into your mouth for maximum enjoyment!
