The White cockatoo, also known as the Umbrella cockatoo, is a medium-sized all-white cockatoo endemic to tropical rainforest on the Moluccan islands of Indonesia. These parrots have large crests and all over white feathers with subtle yellowing on the under side of the wings and tail. They are classified as endangered with their populations decreasing due to illegal bird trading and habitat loss.
We perched these guys with a vine known as Maidens Journey (Tristellateia australasiae) which is native to Taiwain, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the western Pacific.
